		<description>Hi, I found the biggest thing to help me reach my weight loss goals was to really think about being thin. I set myself a target weight and wrote it down, then read it every day.
As a result I started to lose weight at a rate of over 1kg per week.
I used to train at least 3 times a week (but not do cardio). I found by incorporating some sprints and other things like walking I really accelerated my weightloss. I put together some tips on my blog http://weightnolonger.com/blog</description>
